Prosecco is the perfect ‘anytime’ wine—fun, fresh and lively, with appealing primary fruit character. That said, we take our Prosecco more seriously than many, producing a dry, crisp style with pitch-perfect acidity.

The Prosecco grapes are picked early to maintain  maximum freshness and acidity then cold fermented. Left on lees for a short period to add richness and mouthfeel, and then processed using the charmat method favoured my many Prosecco producers.
