Quartz Cuisine at Cofield showcases local produce & suppliers from Rutherglen and surrounds.The vineyard that sits on the Cofield Wines site, is called the "Quartz Vein Vineyard", hence the inspiration behind the name.

Our delicious menu crafted by Executive Chef, Philippe Desrettes focuses on the best locally sourced produce and suppliers. It includes a variety of gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options.

Choose to dine a la carte off the seasonal menu, or for groups of 4 or more, you can trust the chef, with our new 'Feed Me' option.

With the Feed Me experience, your group will be treated with a showcase of 6 dishes chosen by the Chef on shared plates to your table to enjoy. Feed Me can also accommodate dietary requirements as required, and children can still order from the kids meal options. It is a fabulous way to experience a range of great dishes we have available and importantly allowing our staff to provide the best service and dining experience. 

For groups of 10 adults or more, we encourage you to dine on the 'Feed Me' option. Please advise of any dietaries in the booking notes.

Our menu is complimented by the full range of Cofield Wines, all available by the glass or bottle. If wine isn't your thing, don't worry we won't be offended; we also have a broad range of local beers, non-alcoholic options and cocktails.

We are open 7 days from 9am - 4pm**. Enjoy coffee and sweet treats from 9am, and Lunch from 11am - 3pm. We can also cater for your nextfunction or event, with options of dining inside the café, on the deck, on the lawn or in the barrel room.
