Cofield Wines Wholesale Account Terms & Conditions

By applying for a wholesale account and/or placing an order with Cofield Wines, you agree to the following Wholesale Account Terms & Conditions.

Wholesale Account Application

New wholesale customers can apply to open a Cofield Wines wholesale account by completing our online Wholesale Application Form:

Wholesale Application

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval by Cofield Wines.

1. Orders

The minimum wholesale order is one case (12 x 750ml bottles / 24 x a87ml/200ml). Cases may contain a mix of wines.

All orders are subject to availability. Products and vintages may change from time to time.

2. Pricing

Wholesale prices are as listed on the current Cofield Wines Wholesale Price List and are subject to change.

The Landed Unit Cost (LUC), including applicable WET and excluding GST, is as stated on the current Wholesale Price List.

3. Freight

Freight is charged as outlined on the current Cofield Wines Wholesale Price List.

Free freight applies where the applicable minimum order value or quantity stated on the current Wholesale Price List is met.

4. Payment

Approved credit accounts are payable within 30 days from the date of invoice.

Cofield Wines may place overdue accounts on hold until outstanding amounts are paid and reserves the right to review or withdraw credit facilities at any time.

Where credit terms have not been approved, payment is required prior to delivery.

5. Credit Applications

By applying for a credit account, you authorise Cofield Wines to make reasonable enquiries necessary to assess your creditworthiness.

You confirm that all information provided in your application is true and correct.

6. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and advising Cofield Wines of any specific delivery requirements.

Any shortages, incorrect goods or damaged stock must be reported to Cofield Wines within 7 days of delivery.

7. Returns

Returns or credits will not be accepted for change of mind or unsold stock unless agreed to by Cofield Wines prior to return.

8. Ownership

Goods remain the property of Cofield Wines until payment for those goods has been received in full.

9. Wholesale Account Details

Customers must advise Cofield Wines of any significant changes to their business, including changes to ownership, business structure, trading name, contact details or delivery address.

Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring they hold any licences or approvals required for the purchase and resale of alcohol.

10. Changes to Terms

Cofield Wines may update its wholesale pricing, freight arrangements and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Current terms will apply to future orders.
