Pink Friday is Cofield Wines’ annual charity fundraiser supporting the Sunshine Trust: Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust.

Formerly known as the Pink Pedal Party, Pink Friday is the next chapter of an event that has brought our community together since 2012. The name may have changed, but the heart of the day hasn’t – getting together with friends, enjoying great wine and food, and raising as much as we can for an important local cause.

From “Pink Pedal Party” to “Pink Friday”

Since 2012, the Pink Pedal Party has been a much-loved event on the Cofield calendar.

Over the years, the event has evolved, with many guests choosing to come directly to the winery rather than take part in the traditional bike ride. In 2026, we’re making that evolution official.

Pink Friday puts the focus on what the day has become – a great afternoon at Cofield Wines, bringing people together and raising funds for our local Cancer Centre.

Why we do it

This fundraiser has always been personal to the Cofield family.

Karen Cofield, beloved mum of winery owner Damien Cofield, passed away from breast cancer in February 2017 after living with the disease for many years.

Since 2020, the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre has been the recipient of our major fundraising event and projects. From 2020 to 2025, with the incredible support of our guests, customers, local businesses and wider community, we raised more than $173,000 through our annual fundraiser and limited-edition fundraising wines.

Pink Friday continues that commitment, with every ticket, donation and fundraising activity helping us add to that total.

Getting to Pink Friday

Thanks to the generous support of Dysons Wodonga, a return bus service is available for $25 per person – with 100% of every bus ticket going directly to the Sunshine Trust.

Prize or product donations

Donate a product, voucher, experience or service to be used as part of our fundraising activities on the day.

Financial donations

Make a direct contribution to the fundraising effort, with funds raised supporting the Sunshine Trust: Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust.

Every contribution, big or small, helps us raise more for our local Cancer Centre.
