Named after Ava Cofield, daughter of Damien and Melanie Cofield, the Sweet Ava Moscato is a vibrant, irresistible expression of fresh fruit flavours. Made from muscat grapes, it is floral and fruit-driven, showcasing aromas of orange blossom, ripe summer berries, rose petal, and a hint of sherbet. The grapes were picked early in the 2019 season at sunrise, then destemmed and left in the press overnight, giving the juice a delicate cherry blush and enhancing the rose petal muscat character.

On the palate, the wine is sweet, perfumed, and bursting with berry fruit flavours, with hints of lemon sherbet, elderflower, and musk lingering through the mid-palate. A delicate natural spritz carries these flavours to a long, clean finish, creating a lively and refreshing Moscato that is both playful and elegant.

    Made with muscat grapes, our Sweet Ava Moscato is floral and fruit driven, with lemon sherbet character, and a delicate natural spritz.

    The muscat was picked early in the 2019 season at sunrise, then destemmed & left in the press overnight. This gives the juice a lovely cherry blush & releases a lot of the rose petal Muscat flavour from the skins to the juice.
