Quartz white wine vinegar is crafted from a blend of premium Cofield white wine including Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio.

Our vinegar takes 4-6 weeks to mature before being bottled and pasteurised.

IDEAL FOR: Salad dressings, marinades, sauces and braising dishes.
