Quartz red wine vinegar is crafted from a blend of premium Cofield red wine including Sangiovese, Tempranillo, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Our vinegar takes 4-6 weeks to mature before being bottled and pasteurised.

IDEAL FOR: Salad dressings, marinades, pickles, roasted vegetables and stews.
