Quartz house dressing is marinated for 7 days, then blended and matured for 3 months before bottling.

IDEAL FOR: Dressing on salads, grains or beans. Add to pasta dishes or marinades.

INGREDIENTS: Olive oil, Quartz White Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, shallots, parsley, salt, lemon juice.
