Pinot Grigio

This vibrant cool-climate white wine from the King Valley showcases bright, zesty aromas of Nashi pear, green apple, white peach, and lemon zest. Its lively character and expressive fruit make it approachable and refreshing, while subtle mid-palate richness adds depth and interest to the tasting experience.

The grapes were machine-harvested at night to preserve freshness and transported quickly to Cofield Winery to avoid warmer daytime temperatures. Gently pressed, the juice was inoculated with aromatic yeast and fermented slowly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Six months of lees aging further enhanced the wine’s mouthfeel, resulting in a bright, textured, and well-balanced white that highlights the finesse of King Valley fruit.
