2021 Pinot Grigio Vermentino 187ml

The cooler 2021 vintage provided ideal conditions for slow ripening and optimum development of flavour. Pinot Grigio provides a nashi pear character to this Italian varietal blend while Vermentino gives the wine a moreish minerality.

Both varieties were fermented separately in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Long slow ferments were achieved to preserve freshness and retain delicate fruit character.
