NV Sweet Ava

This pink sweetie was made from the free-run juices. The quality of the Frontignac was exceptional– leading to an interesting and multi-layered palate of rose petals and strawberries.

Serve now or within 2 years.  


Fruit was picked in full at 11.2 Be◦ with the juice undergoing a cold ferment to keep the aromatics of the Frontignac fruit. Ferment was halted by centrifuging at the desired sweetness of 4 Beaume.

After the addition of a high colour red wine (Petit Verdot), the wine was sparged (aerated) to add spritz to the end product and bottled cold.

Serve chilled.
