Bright aromas of cherry, strawberry and raspberry lead into a light-bodied palate with subtle tannins. Made with a short cold soak to build flavour and texture, followed by a cool fermentation to retain freshness, the wine is finished with a touch of Grenache for lifted fruit, vibrant acidity and a beautifully balanced, easy-drinking style.

The fruit was crushed and destemmed before spending 24 hours on skins during a cold soak to enhance flavour and texture. It was then gently pressed to tank, where it underwent a cool, slow fermentation to preserve freshness and aromatics. Full malolactic fermentation adds to mouthfeel. Prior to bottling, 10% Grenache was blended in to provide extra fruit lift and a vibrant, crunchy acidity, resulting in a beautifully balanced and expressive wine.
