Description
Light-bodied and elegant, this wine shows aromas of red fruits, dried strawberry and raspberry, layered with rose petal and orange rind. The palate is soft and fleshy through the mid-palate, finishing with fine, chalky tannins that add balance and length.
Fruit was destemmed to small open fermenters and hand-plunged over 17 days before gentle pressing. The wine was racked to second- and third-use French oak for eight months of maturation, then blended with 5% Shiraz prior to bottling for added depth and structure.

Destemmed to small open fermenters and hand plunged for 17 days. Gently pressed and racked to 2nd and 3rd passage French oak barrels, matured for 8 months. Racked from barrel and blended with 5% Shiraz before bottling.
