2021 Sparkling Shiraz

Over more than thirty years we have forged a proud reputation for crafting one of Australia’s most renowned Sparkling Shiraz - and we are pleased to present the next in line from the fantastic 2018 vintage.

Handpicked from both our Quartz Vein and Netherby Vineyards, this wine also includes a small portion of a reserve tank we commenced in 1999 for additional complexity. Produced using the time honoured methode traditionelle, with a minimum of 24 months ageing on yeast lees prior to release.
