2019 Pinot Noir Chardonnay

Over more than thirty years we have forged a proud reputation for crafting some of North East Victoria’s finest sparkling wines - and we are pleased to present the next in line from the fantastic 2019 vintage.

Handpicked in the cool Alpine Valleys, this wine is produced using the time honoured methode traditionelle, prior to a minimum of forty months ageing on yeast lees to slowly develop complexity prior to release.

Hard to resist in its youth, but a fine acid structure ensures that this wine will continue to develop in bottle over the coming five to seven years.
