Corowa Whisky - American Oak Pinot Noir

Created in collaboration with our friends at Corowa Distilling Co, this limited-release single barrel whisky celebrates a longstanding friendship forged through a shared passion for exceptional regional produce. Matured in American oak seasoned with Cofield Pinot Noir, this unique release highlights the influence of one of our most elegant wines on Corowa's award-winning whisky.

The nose is bursting with Pinot Noir fragrance, offering lifted aromas of dry green apple, red berry fruits and toasted cereal. The palate is fruity and dry, with earthy undertones adding complexity to a rich, warming mouthfeel. As the whisky lingers, the medium-length finish allows the sweet vanilla character of the American oak to emerge, beautifully complementing the wine-derived fruit notes.

Aged for 5 years and 11 months and bottled at a robust 56.4% ABV, this rare single barrel release yielded just 61 bottles. A true expression of local collaboration, it showcases the harmony between premium Pinot Noir and expertly crafted Australian whisky.
