Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Cofield Wines, 341 Distillery Road, Wahgunyah VIC 3687 (“Cofield Wines”), in collaboration with Luxe Camp Co.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on Thursday 10 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 20 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Cofield Wines and Luxe Camp Co, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must comment on the official competition post on the Cofield Wines Facebook or Instagram page and name or mention the people they would love to bring along.
Each individual person named or mentioned will count as one entry. For example, naming five people in one comment will give the entrant five entries.
Entrants may submit multiple comments and nominate multiple people. Tagging another person’s social media account is not required for a valid entry.
Following Cofield Wines and Luxe Camp Co, tagging friends and sharing the competition post are welcomed and appreciated but are not conditions of entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a Luxe Camp Co x Cofield Wines experience for six people, valued at $2,232 in total.
The prize includes:
Overnight accommodation for six people in three Luxe Camp Co bell tents at Cofield Wines
A two-course lunch for six people at Quartz Cuisine
Wine tasting for six people at Cofield Wines Cellar Door
Three bottles of Cofield wine – one bottle per couple/tent – supplied as takeaway wine for the evening
The prize does not include transport to or from Cofield Wines, additional food or beverages, or any other expenses incurred by the winner or their guests.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Prize Redemption
The prize must be redeemed within six months of the promotion opening date, by Wednesday 10 March 2027.
Redemption is subject to the availability of Cofield Wines, Quartz Cuisine and Luxe Camp Co.
The winner must nominate a preferred date and the booking will be confirmed in consultation with Cofield Wines and Luxe Camp Co. The winner’s preferred date is not guaranteed until confirmed by Cofield Wines.
All six guests must attend on the same date. The prize cannot be split across multiple bookings.
If the winner or any guest is unable to attend on the confirmed date, no cash, credit or alternative prize will be provided.
7. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
As the accommodation component of the prize is outdoors, the experience is subject to suitable weather and site conditions.
If Cofield Wines or Luxe Camp Co determines that the experience cannot safely proceed due to severe weather, unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond their reasonable control, the booking may be rescheduled to another mutually agreed date, subject to availability.
8. Alcohol
Alcohol will only be supplied to persons aged 18 years or over. Responsible service of alcohol requirements apply at all times.
The bottles of wine included in the prize are supplied as takeaway alcohol and are not for consumption within the licensed areas of Cofield Wines unless otherwise permitted by the venue.
Cofield Wines reserves the right to refuse the service or supply of alcohol in accordance with its responsible service obligations.
9. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
The winner will be drawn on Monday 21 September 2026 at Cofield Wines, 341 Distillery Road, Wahgunyah VIC 3687.
The winner will be contacted by Cofield Wines via private message or direct message to the Facebook or Instagram account used to enter the promotion. The winner may also be announced via the official Cofield Wines Facebook and Instagram accounts.
The winner must respond to the private or direct message within 24 hours of it being sent by Cofield Wines to claim the prize.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring their Facebook or Instagram account settings allow them to receive messages and are encouraged to check their message requests following the prize draw.
If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, Cofield Wines reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Verification
Cofield Wines reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
11. Social Media
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility or liability associated with the promotion.
Entrants should be aware of fake or scam accounts associated with social media competitions. Cofield Wines will only contact the winner from its official social media accounts and will never request payment or credit card details in order to claim the prize.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used by Cofield Wines for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting the winner and awarding the prize.
Personal information will not be provided to third parties except where necessary to administer or fulfil the prize, or where required by law.
13. General
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Cofield Wines reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the promotion from being conducted as planned, subject to any applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, Cofield Wines and Luxe Camp Co will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
