  • Can I skip a delivery if I have enough wine? Absolutely. The Wine Club is very flexible, and you can skip a delivery at anytime if you don't require a scheduled delivery. You can also suspend your membership until you are ready to start receiving deliveries again. To make these changes, you can do so by logging into your member portal (see instructions above), or by contacting us by phone or email.
  • How can I cancel my membership? You can cancel your Wine Club membership by logging into your member portal (see instructions above), or by contacting us by phone or email.
  • Can I change the selection of wines in my Wine Club? Of course! If you are in a Red, White, Mixed or Premium Cru and there is a wine that you would rather not receive and change it for something else, you can swap it for another wine for that delivery. You can request this by contacting us by email or phone. You can also change to a 'Custom Cru' and select the wines you would like to receive so that you get exactly what you prefer. You can make this change in your member portal or by contacting us by phone or email.
