2007
6.5/10 A challenging year with drought & frost reducing quantity of fruit substantially. Fruit quality was still good.
2006
9/10. A very good year for reds with excellent colour and flavour.
2005
9/10. An excellent year with low yeilding, high flavour fruit.
2004
8/10. A short period of high heat but overall a good year.
2003
9/10. A great year with a very good ripening period.
2002
10/10. An excellent vintage with fabulous flavour development.
2001
7/10. We needed a little more flavour development, but a pretty good year otherwise.
2000
7/10. An even, temperate vintage that provided wines with good flavour.
1999
6/10. A big ask to match the fabulous 1998 vintage, but some good wines made.
1998
10/10. The best vintage of the nineties. Very exciting and produced some block buster wines.
1997
8/10. We picked before the rain ? yay! Some good wines from this year.
1996
9/10. The vineyards produced excellent cropping levels and colour, which transferred into great wine.
1995
7/10. This year was a bit wet and cool, but the quality was good.
1994
8/10. Long, warm nights produced fruit (and therefore wines) full of flavour.
1993
7/10. Cool nights meant slightly less flavour development, otherwise not a bad year.
1992
9/10. Fabulous colour in the reds ? a very good year.
1991
7/10. A bit wet during vintage. Overall not too bad and some good wines made.
1990
9/10. A great start to the nineties producing excellent, complex wines.
1989
7/10. A cool and wet year for our first vintage ? we still managed to make some good wines.
